I hope you have positive learning experience in our lesson discussions.  Some of you have served as lesson moderators and expressed your learning experiences with me. Thank you so much for helping us with this endeavor of trying to create a larger bank of substitutes.  Attached is the posting that we have placed on Craigslist, put in the Williams paper, the Grand Canyon paper, and the AZ Daily Sun.  Because of our remote location, rates actually change based on distance traveled.  Because of that it makes it very tricky to say what the exact rate would be because it is based on the location in which they are coming from.  I can tell you that the beginning rate of pay for a one day substitute is $75.00 per day which I believe is in line with Flagstaff Unified.  Again, there is a wage adjustment based on where the substitute is coming from.
