4-5 Instructional Systems Designers needed immediately in Northeastern Virginia

Analyze, design, develop, Implement and evaluate instructional programs and materials, media and courseware. Develop criterion referenced performance objectives and measures. Develop performance-based, scenario exercises, test items and job-aids. Maintain project documents. Keep abreast of training and development research, tools methods, and techniques. Develop processes and flows using industry standard best practices to identify and analyze training needs, critical tasks and performance goals. Develop surveys, evaluations and end of course tests. Possess excellent technical writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with written media. Conduct meetings with client stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to verify and validated training needs, tasks, measures and corresponding materials.
