Dear ETC645 Students, I wish to draw your attention to a recent challenge I encountered while accessing BBLearn and other NAU systems, not my email. Unfortunately, due to a conflict between NAU's DUO two-factor verification and my ISP, Cox Internet, I faced difficulties accessing these systems. However, I was able to resolve this issue after seeking assistance from NAU's ITS staff for half a day, and I am determined to complete all late work. It has come to my attention that this is a known issue that affects certain NAU systems when accessed through Cox Internet. If you are also experiencing difficulties accessing NAU systems and you have Cox Internet, I would urge you to seek assistance from NAU's ITS support by dialing 928-523-3335. This is a longer common feedback for the lesson discussion because this is the first time we participated in the graded lesson discussions. I want to ensure that you have a full understanding of the expectations of the class discussions. Why do we have two posting-periods? The purposes are to engage you in a network or community learning which emphasizes a cycle of inquiry. In the first-posting period, through the readings and responding to the key questions, you focus on a problem of practices that, if improved upon, significantly and positively impacts yourselves.
