ETC645: Lesson 6 Instructor's Notes #1

Dear ETC645 Students,

I wish to draw your attention to a recent challenge I encountered while accessing BBLearn and other NAU systems, not my email. Unfortunately, due to a conflict between NAU's DUO two-factor verification and my ISP, Cox Internet, I faced difficulties accessing these systems. However, I was able to resolve this issue after seeking assistance from NAU's ITS staff for half a day, and I am determined to complete all late work.

It has come to my attention that this is a known issue that affects certain NAU systems when accessed through Cox Internet. If you are also experiencing difficulties accessing NAU systems and you have Cox Internet, I would urge you to seek assistance from NAU's ITS support by dialing 928-523-3335. I found their support to be very helpful.

Fortunately, there is a solution available, and that is to use a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to access NAU systems. This is a reliable and secure method that will enable you to access NAU systems without any challenges.

Thank you for your attention, and please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns.

Have a great weekend.

Best Regards,

Chih
