LOUIE upgrade will bring some down time

ITS will go live Oct. 8 with updated PeopleSoft web services—LOUIE—for student and human resource-related activities, and during the upgrade, the system will be offline Oct. 4 through 7.

BbLearn will not be impacted during this system upgrade.

In order to test integrations between LOUIE and the financials system, the financials system also will be offline. Non-administrative users of the system will see little change in the system after the upgrade.

Staff and faculty who use the student and HR systems for more than personal tasks will be offered training for any changes that impact their work tasks.
