Q: What do industrial standards mean in Assignment 2?

A: Industrial standards in our case mean each institution's standards, policy, and guidelines for digital computing or online technology.  In our assignment, it would be how does LMS (Blackboard Learn, Moodle, wiki) may relate to the institution's digital computing standard.  For example, you can see NAU's computing standards, policy, and guidelines at http://nau.edu/its/policies/ Generally, schools, school districts, and any insinuations/organizations should have their own digital computing standards etc.

For infrastructure, it is related to the institution's computing hardware, physical buildings relate to LMS.  Does the infrastructure is able to support LMS? Issues? Concerns? The data analyses/warehousing is related to how/what does the institutions use the data collected through the LMS for administrative, teaching, learning purposes etc.
