Q: Why do we need to block off 60-90 minutes when our presentation is only 10 minutes maximum?
A:  You may need 10 minutes to record but you may need to more time to practice and to get familiar with Collaborate Ultra.  In addition, you may need to re-record it if you are not satisfied with your recorded one.

Q: Do we have one collaborative project where all 3 of us present at once, or do all 3 of us each present individually?
A: I will leave the decision to your group.  In the past, some groups to have one person to present it while some have all members to present it.  Whatever arrangement that your group think is the best.
 
Q: Can we present after 10/15 or does it have to be done on that date?
A: We need record it anytime BEFORE the deadline.  In other words, your project should be done earlier than the deadline so you have time for the presentation.  Select the one, if you have more than one recording, to share with the class and me.
