The Office of Digital Learning (ODL) is seeking an individual to provide academic technology support for faculty, students and staff of the greater UA community. This position is responsible for troubleshooting issues with technology, developing communication and training materials, and building effective relationships with instructors, instructional support teams, and vendors. The Instructional Technologist contributes to the academic mission of the University by enabling access to technologies for curricular or co-curricular needs.

 

The successful candidate will have a good customer service ethic, effective interpersonal skills, an independence in time management and work prioritization, and an approach which focuses on positively impacting educational experiences at The University of Arizona.

 

This individual will work as a team member of the ODL, but will act as a campus-wide resource for the various needs of UA's learners and instructors.

The Office of Digital Learning supports the UA's diversity and inclusiveness strategic initiatives designed to create an inclusive environment for all faculty, staff, and students.
