A: Industrial is a tough area since most of us generally don't examine this area. There are two ways we can approach by examine the tool's/system's industry/technical standards, and/or the institution computing standards. And see how they the system align to the institution's standards.
For system's industry standards, sometime it may hard to find online since the system's website may not publish such information unless one contacts them. For institution computing policy, most higher education institutions should publish them, NAU: https://www.nau.edu/its/policies/
For example, we can examine how BBLearn's industry/technical standards align to NAU's computing standards. At this point, we may not identify ane ducational institution to develop our final unit. If not, we can just examine the system's standards.
Another example is that NAU doesn't support Google Classroom even NAU is Google apps' educational institution. This is because Google Classroom's "accessibility" doesn't comply with NAU's computing standards. This is reason way we need to examine this area as educational technology leaders.
